The Pink Treasure Small Ring was created to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. 100 % of profits from the sale of the Treasure Ring will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, to support their research for prevention and cure, to what is the leading cause of cancer death in the world’s poorest countries and the most common cancer in women worldwide.*
The ring is made in 14k yellow gold and set with two rose quartz, approx. 0.60 ct. each.
All ORMAN jewelry is made to order, uniquely prepared according to sizing and color preferences. All our gemstones are natural and may therefore display slight variations in color compared to our website photos.

To enjoy your ORMAN jewelry for a long time, it is important that you take care of it in the best way possible. Whether you have a solid piece, jewelry with gemstones or enamel, we recommend that you care for your jewelry with the same attention.
All our jewelry are made in 14 k gold, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
GENERAL USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wear with care
No metal, including gold can tolerate salt, chlorinated water, alcohol, extreme heat/thermal changes (ex. excessive sunlight) or other chemicals. To protect your jewelry from unnecessary wear, always remove your jewelry when bathing, putting on lotion and perfume, doing the dishes, gardening or doing any other activity that might damage or put your jewelry in contact with water or chemicals.
Rough usage can damage and cause early wear on all jewelry. Avoid sleeping with jewelry on, or wearing your jewelry together with other jewelry, it also exposes it to unnecessary hard wear.
Store separately
Always keep your jewelry in the accompanying dust bag and box when not wearing it. We recommend that you store your jewelry seperately to avoid scratches and contact with other jewelry or other materials, as this will help prolong the life and shine of your jewelry.
Cleaning
To help prolong the polish and luster of your jewelry, always wipe your jewelry gently with the polishing cloth after each use to remove make-up, grease, odors etc. Beware that excessive pressure when wiping may cause scratches.
Stones and settings
If your jewelry has any precious and natural gemstones, make sure to visit a jeweler once a year to check stones and settings.
We use natural gemstones. Though natural, many precious gemstones are treated in order to enhance characteristics like color and clarity. In order for your precious and natural gemstone jewelry to be long lasting, we recommend you follow our general jewelry care recommendations as describe above.
All purchases that include gemstones are further accompanied with detailed information about the stones, to the best of our knowledge, in order for you to be able to take care of your jewelry in the best possible way.

As every piece of jewelry in our collections is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. All pieces subject to return will go through quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.
Bespoke and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Damages & Faulty items
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or in case a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. Please read our "Jewelry Care Guide" for advice on how to protect your jewelry from unnecessary wear.
If you believe you have received faulty goods, you must contact us with documentation before sending back the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If you wish to be fully reimbursed for faulty products instead of an exchange, we will do so once we have received the item. All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for regardless of cause for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.
Please note that wrong size purchases or colors do not fall under faulty products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please see Damages & Faulty Items policy above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Istanbul with DHL Express services.
Our estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks.
*Shipment time may vary during holidays depending on our carrier. Shipment times are calculated from the time of shipment, estimated time 1-3 business days depending on destination. Please note that additional production time is added to this time as all ORMAN products are made to order. Estimated production time can vary in relation to pending orders and your chosen item.
*All international order sare shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that VAT, customs and import taxes are not included in the selling price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.

In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, we shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
