Our Terms and Conditions are in compliance with Swedish law and any disputes fall under Swedish jurisdiction. To order from our webshop you must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian permission.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
While everything we make is custom and made to order, we offer the right to return orders of our silver jewelry within 14 days from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount but you are responsible for the shipping cost. Please contact us before returning your order.
For purchases open to return; the goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels, price tags etc. must remain attached to the product. If your product came with a dustbag, this must also be returned as it is considered part of the product.
We accept exchanges for our silver jewelry. If you wish to exchange an item this can be done within the 14 day period from delivery. Please contact us before doing so as we do not keep stock of our products. Return shipping is at your expense and note that all returns are directed to our offices in Stockholm, Sweden. Additional taxes and duties may apply.
Damages & Faulty items
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or in case a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. Please read our "Jewelry Care Guide" for advice on how to protect your jewelry from unnecessary wear.
If you believe you have received faulty goods, you must contact us with documentation before sending back the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If you wish to be fully reimbursed for faulty products instead of an exchange, we will do so once we have received the item.
Please note that wrong size purchases or colors do not fall under faulty products. We will reimburse the total purchase amount but you are responsible for the shipping cost. Additional taxes and duties may apply.
Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for regardless of cause for return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on our fine jewelry collection. If you are unsure about any detail about a piece, we are glad to provide you with more information, please reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any additional return costs that may arise for ORMAN that you are responsible for, please see return and exchange policy above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are processed in our office in Sweden and shipped from our office in Istanbul with DHL Express services.
Our estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
*Shipment time may vary during holidays depending on our carrier. Shipment times are calculated from the time of shipment, estimated time 1-3 business days depending on destination. Please note that additional production time is added to this time as all ORMAN products are made to order. Estimated production time of 10-15 business days but can vary in relation to pending orders.
*Deliveries to all countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that VAT and import taxes are included in the price.
CURRENCY & PRICES
The prices you see are in SEK (Swedish Kronor). Other currencies such as GBP, USD and EUR are converted from SEK using Shopify's currency converter and are only an estimate. This means that the GBP, USD and EUR price estimates will vary according to the current exchange rates. Your order will be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their own exchange rates.
You will be charged the amount in SEK (Swedish Kronor).
VAT & TAXES
For all shipping destinations, Swedish VAT of 25% and import taxes are included in all prices.
We accept payment by most major credit cards, Paypal and Klarna. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return, the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours. Please not that this only means that you're order has been received. Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email with shipment information to be able to track your package.
We have included measurements of most of our products under “Size Guide” to help you find the right size for rings. In case you have a size "in-between-sizes" we recommend to size up. You are always welcome to contact us for further advice.
ORMAN shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, ORMAN shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
