Our Terms and Conditions are in compliance with Swedish law and any disputes fall under Swedish jurisdiction. To order from our webshop you must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian permission.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns
As every piece of jewelry in our collections is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your piece please contact us within 7 days of your order delivery. We want you to be happy with your jewelry and for it to be a piece you love to wear, so if you have any hesitations we are happy to share additional photos and information. Damages & Faulty items
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or in case a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. Please read our "Jewelry Care Guide" for advice on how to protect your jewelry from unnecessary wear.
If you believe you have received faulty goods, you must contact us with documentation before sending back the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If you wish to be fully reimbursed for faulty products instead of an exchange, we will do so once we have received the item.
Please note that wrong size purchases or colors do not fall under faulty products.
Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for regardless of cause for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please see Damages & Faulty Items policy above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed in our office in Sweden and shipped from our office in Istanbul with DHL Express services.
Our estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks.
*Shipment time may vary during holidays depending on our carrier. Shipment times are calculated from the time of shipment, estimated time 1-3 business days depending on destination. Please note that additional production time is added to this time as all ORMAN products are made to order. Estimated production can vary in relation to pending orders and your chosen item.
*Deliveries to all countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that VAT and import taxes are included in the price.
CURRENCY & PRICES
As our prices are set in US dollars (USD) all transactions will be realized in the same currency once you proceed to checkout.
VAT & TAXES
For all shipping destinations, VAT and import taxes are included in all prices.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by most major credit cards, Paypal and Klarna. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return, the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours. Please not that this only means that you're order has been received. Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email with shipment information to be able to track your package.
SIZES
We have included measurements of most of our products under “Size Guide” to help you find the right size for rings. In case you have a size "in-between-sizes" we recommend to size up. You are always welcome to contact us for further advice.
FORCE MAJEURE
ORMAN shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, ORMAN shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
