All orders are shipped from Istanbul with DHL Express services.

Our estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks*.

*Shipment time may vary during holidays depending on our carrier. Shipment times are calculated from the time of shipment, estimated time 1-3 business days depending on destination. Please note that additional production time is added to this time as all ORMAN products are made to order. Estimated production time can vary in relation to pending orders and your chosen item.

All international order sare shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that VAT, customs and import taxes are not included in the selling price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country. 

At this time, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your purchase, and are unable to cover the costs for customers.  Any applicable fees related to your purchase will be collection from you by the carrier upon delivery.
